As of June 1st, 2019, the year-to-date median single-family home pricing is maintaining declines of 13% year to date vs. 7.83% gains observed earlier this year; these comparisons are made to 2018 year-end figures. This is flat in comparison to the two months prior. The median price for a single-family home in Mammoth Lakes, as of June 1st, 2019 was $799,000; this is based off a total of 31 sales Year-to-Date. There are still minimal sales, Year-to-Date, offering a good collection of data points in comparison to last year’s 12-month period.
