The well was drilled to approx. 300′, with the pump set at approx 250′.  The well pump is 220 volt high quality German manufacturer, with slow start up feature that works best with a solar system. There are 2 x 85 gallon pressure tanks located in shed. Well production is estimated by seller to have approximately 12 gallons per minute capacity. All water lines from well head to shed & shed to house were buried 5 feet+/- deep to avoid freezing & allow year-round usage potential.

Septic tank is estimated to be 10,000 gallon, and is a two compartment concrete tank located near fire ring in front of house. Leach field is out near Rand Road, at end of driveway.

The Solar System is a 48-volt system. 3 solar arrays which, by themselves, are more than adequate to keep the batteries charged, except after several days of no sun. Under those conditions the generator in the shed will auto-start & recharge the batteries & keep power flowing uninterruptedly. In general, there is more than adequate capacity of solar panels. The 16 deep cycle batteries were replaced 2 years ago with no-maintenance type (sealed) batteries. (1st set of batteries lasted 12 years).The manual for the solar inverter is in the shed. Furnace – conventional propane Forced Air Units with dual zone system, allowing heating of each floor independently. Rannai tankless water heater.

There is a Xtrordinair wood burning fireplace insert in Living room rated to heat 2500 square feet. Second free-standing wood burning stove on 1st floor.
