Julie Raimondo first came to and discovered Mammoth Lakes in 1997 introduced to the area from good friends that have been long time Mammoth Lakes second homeowners. Julie fell in love with the abundance of natural beauty, outdoor lifestyle and sense of community that the small town of Mammoth Lakes offers. A local property owner since 1999, In 2003 Julie opened her restaurant at the inception of the Village at Mammoth development. In 2004 Julie and her husband Michael became “locals” when they purchased a lot and built there dream mountain permanent residence in the heart of Mammoth Lakes.
Julie has been a self-employed restaurateur since starting her own company in 1994, she loves meeting and working with people and the restaurant business has been her foundation of many lifelong friendships over the years. Just like working in her restaurants for over twenty one years, Julie will work tirelessly for you, to find your perfect mountain home in Mammoth Lakes.

Born in the home my father built in Mammoth Lakes, my heart has always belonged to the mountains… At a young age, my family moved to Palos Verdes where I grew up and graduated from Palos Verdes Peninsula High School. I then moved to Orange County and attended Cal State University, Fullerton. After college, I was a very successful leasing agent for the Irvine Company, where I learned how much I loved helping people find their dream homes. In 2007, while visiting family in Mammoth, I decided to follow my heart and move back to the area that I love.
My passion is in helping people find their homes and investments, from Bishop to Mono City, while exploring the outdoors with my husband and young daughter. I am blessed to be a part of the full-service team at Matthew Lehman Real Estate and look forward to guiding you through all aspects of the buying and selling process and everything in between. Please let me know how I can help you fulfill your dream in the Eastern Sierras!

Few people can say they grew up in Mammoth Lakes.
Although born in Los Angeles in 1969, Matthew’s first memories of life were his family moving to Mammoth Lakes in 1972. Although he spent most of his childhood in Mammoth Lakes, he did attend high school in Encinitas, California, where he earned a Congressional appointment to the Merchant Marine Academy and later a Secretary of Navy appointment to the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland; later obtaining his bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate Studies from Marylhurst University, OR.
In 1992, Matthew moved back to Encinitas, California where worked with his father growing the family appraisal business “Bankers Appraisal” into one of the largest appraisal firms in the County. While Encinitas was a wonderful place to live, he missed the mountains and decided to take a large step and move back to Mammoth Lakes in 1996. Since this time, Matthew and his incredible office staff built the one of Inyo and Mono County’s notable appraisal firms as well as Matthew Lehman Real Estate.
In addition to being a broker, Matthew is very active in the community and has sat on the Mono County Assessment Appeals Board, represented property owners in Tax Appeals, held a board seat on the Mammoth Lakes Chamber of Commerce, Mammoth Lakes Tourism Board, Local Transportation Commission, Town Councilman for the Town of Mammoth Lakes (2010-2014), and was Mayor of Mammoth Lakes during one of its most challenging years – 2012/2013.
Although consistently a top selling agent in Mammoth Lakes, Matthew was the top selling real estate agent in Mammoth Lakes as well as all Inyo and Mono County in 2019 and 2024.
Matthew intends to live in Mammoth Lakes for the rest of his life, while taking active sailing trips throughout the world, living an active outdoor lifestyle with family and friends.
