Snowcreek IV–Minaret Road, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546

Snowcreek IV was built between 1986 and 1988 by developer Tom Dempsey. This complex earned its name for being the fourth project of the Snowcreek Resort series.  This project sits on the south end of the Mammoth Meadow and Mammoth Creek and those units fortunate to be located on the meadow are afforded excellent meadow views and open space. 

The complex also sits behind the Snowcreek Athletic Club and is just a short walk to public transportation. 

Interior units row type designs with two bedroom and two bedroom loft units.   Those units on the outter perimter of the complex are larger townhome style units.
