Is it snowing in Mammoth Lakes?
February 1st, 2014: It’s snowing again! The snow started flying late morning and has been spitting some pretty decent sized flakes since. Evidently the storm has lasted longer than expected and may even snow into Monday Feb. 2nd. Keep it coming!
January 30th, 2014: The Snow started falling early this morning and we weren’t sure what kind of storm it was going to be (rain storm or snow), but based on the accumulating white stuff on the ground… its snow. The weatherman from Mammoth and regional weather channels are indicating a “Tonopah” Low which could keep the storm here longer than expected.
February 10, 2014: Mammoth received a few more inches of snow just in time for Presidents Weekend.
Current expectations from the storm: 18-24 inches Thursday through Friday.

For those looking to come up and take advantage of this wonderful weather, the brunt of the storm is ends near the Mammoth Yosemite Airport. Check road conditions for chains in town.
