Conestoga Condominiums – 56 Davison Road, Mammoth Lakes, CA 93546

Conestoga is a small two story condominium complex located on Davison Road, just 1 block off of Lake Mary Road. The complex was built in 1972 and maintains reputation as an average, entry level condominium complex.  The complex is located at the bottom of Davison Road, arguably the most challenging road in Mammoth during the winter months because of its steep grade.  The upside is that Davison Road ends at Canyon Ski Lodge just a 1/3 of a mile west of Conestoga.

The neighborhood is built up with a mixture of dwellings ranging from single family homes and condominiums to multi-family units. While most residences display an average appeal, there are some newer homes on the street having sold well over $1,000,000
