Fireside at the Village, formerly Fireside Condominiums, is located in the heart of the North Village Specific Plan.  This complex is only 31 units and walking distance to just about everything fun.  Fireside at the Village is an older mid-rise condominium complex built out with one bedroom and two bedroom + loft units.  This project has an indoor pool, spa, recreation room, and laundry facilities.  Public transportation is just side the east and west entrances. 

Fireside at the Village experienced a long battle with its neighbor 8050 over rights to parking and a disputed development agreement, but in the end the dispute was resolved and Fireside obtained parking and funds to remodel the entire exterior buildings as originally promised.
