The median price for a single-family home in Mammoth Lakes, as of March 1st 2019, is $992,000; this is based off a total of 15 sales Year-to-Date. There are few sales Year-to-Date offering a good collection of data points in comparison to last year’s 12-month period, but this data still provides a reasonable indication of where we are today
Condominium Market
