Parking Rules: Park in assigned parking space for unit #102 only inside of parking Structure. Short term-Loading zone parking can be found on Canyon Blvd.

Illegal parking is a violation of municipal codes and owners will be sited for improper parking.
Parking:
Entrance to the parking structure can be found off Canyon Blvd. on the east side of the parking building.
Please do not try to enter the parking garage from Minaret Road as this is an exit only.
Park only in assigned parking spaces or guest parking spaces.
There is a “person door” on the east and west sides of the parking structure. Use your building code to enter the parking garage or the condo building itself.
Pool and Spa:
Fireside is the only complex in Mammoth Lakes with an indoor pool and spa. The Pool and Spa are located at the center of the complex and can be accessed using the same code used to enter the parking structure or the building.
Public Transportation:
There is a free trolley that provides access to most of town and the ski areas (during the winter months). The Village (1 block to the north) is a central trolley hub with stops along the east and west sides of the Village.

Old New York Deli and Bakery – is located at the north end of the Village on Minaret Road. Great place for breakfast and lunch. Consistent quality staple food.
Petra’s – Great for a sit-down dinner. Closed on Mondays.
Lakanuki – Fun place for cocktails, sports, and nightlife on busy nights.
Tavern Restaurant – Gastro-pub food with great views of the Sherwin Mountains. Located on Old Mammoth Road at the south end of town.
Burgers Restaurant – Located across the street, next to Petra’s.
