Creekhouse Condominiums in Mammoth Lakes is one of Mammoth’s newer town home projects. This luxury complex is also known as Snowcreek VII and was initially conceived by Tom Dempsey as part of the overall “Snowcreek Resort” Plan and ultimately built out by the Chadmar group.
Creekhouse is located in the Old Mammoth neighborhood between Mammoth Creek and Snowcreek Golf Course. The complex is also walking distance to the Snowcreek Athletic Club and fronts along the Mammoth Multi-Use Path. Creekhouse reflects luxury quality construction with most units having good views of the Sherwin Mountains. Those units located at the north western corner of the complex will likely have mountain views obstructed by future development, however they will maintain views of the protected aspen forests and Mammoth Creek Meadow. The complex is only partially complete with un-built units to be completed at the south end of the complex.
Construction on Creekhouse began in 2008 with a total number of units at build out expected to be 118 units. The complex proposes to have a spa and recreation room completed by build out.
