As of December 31, 2019, the year-end median single-family home price in Crowley Lake was up 7.5% vs. 2018. The median price for a single-family home in Crowley Lake during 2019 was $640,000; based on a total of 17 sales. Median single-family home prices are nearly back to the peak observed in 2007.
Vacant Land
Land price in the Crowley Lake region have remained somewhat consistent over the past 10 years, with prices per square foot having increased slightly. The total volume was greatest from 2014-2018, with relatively strong sales volume thus far in 2020.

Also, I want to offer a thank you to Dave McCoy and his family without whom Mammoth would not be the same place. Dave passed away February 8th, 2020 at the age of 104. He was a hero and friend to all of us and he will be greatly missed by many around the world.
