Snowcreek V in Mammoth Lakes
“Snowcreek V” is one of my favorite condominium complexes to talk about when discussing real estate in Mammoth Lakes. The project consists of 296 units and is surrounded by some of the best scenery in the Eastern Sierras. Its no wonder this location has been the backdrop for so many western movies.
On the western side of the complex is the Snowcreek Golf Course, a 9-hole golf course with incredible views and beautiful water features. The North and East sides of the complex are bound by future Snowcreek phases as well as proposed golf fairways. The southern edge of Snowcreek V is bound by forest service lands and the Sherwin Mountain Range. This area is open to Snowcreek owners and allows access to wooded paths and Hidden Lake. Longer term plans for the forested area will include Multi-Use paths providing improved access to other parts of the community.
This complex is unique in the sense it provides a variety of condominium options starting with the smallest two bedroom-two bath units and increasing to the larger Pinnacle units with more than 3,000 square feet of living area, five bedrooms and a two car garage. This is just a good mix of real estate.
Snowcreek V is not located in the midst of the hustle and bustle Mammoth provides during its peak seasons, instead Snowcreek V offers a more serene setting for those wanting to take advantage of the outdoors.
